That day was the highlight of our cruise as your wheelchair-accessible van made it possible for me to see the countryside...You know exactly where the accessible areas are and just what visitors want to see. You were open to our suggestions and treated us royally. You went out of your way to make sure our wishes were met, even taking us to a local grocery store for the best buy on the famous Costa Rican coffee. At the museum you remained with us but not once did we feel you interfered with our enjoyment. However, when we needed some questions answered or needed a little help, you were there. The homemade brownies and ice-cold drinks that you brought for us were a special treat. We wish you were with us the entire cruise as no one provides the service that you do for people in wheelchairs. Keep up the good work of promoting wheelchair access in all countries. We need more services like yours."
