How to Book A Reservation You can book a reservation directly with us or through our associated travel companies. See Make a Reservation! page. You will need to send a 50% deposit check 30 days prior to the tour with our signed documents. Please make check payable to Vaya con Silla de Ruedas. The remaining 50% is due at the end of the tour. Please note that we aren't able to accept credit cards or travelers checks. Other Important Information Please make sure to bring a valid passport with at least 6 months left before expiration. You'll be required to present it to immigration both Costa Rican and Nicaraguan immigration officials. US, British and some western European citizens will be permitted to enter NI for 90 days. Citizens of Canada, Australia, New Zealand, France, Italy, Germany and some other European countries are required to have entry visas. They can be bought for $25 (good for 30 days) at the Nicaraguan embassy in San Jose, Costa Rica.
